- Once your business is approved, you will receive a catalog and price sheet.
- A home based retail business must have a fully established display area and customer access.
- The home based business must provide: (1) Photograph of store interior/exterior with signage; (2) Copy of most recent sales tax return.

Small, hard to use and hard to thread.
This has no print to follow design. Had color chart but no design to show where colors went. Thank God a have been doing this for years , so I knew where colors went.😥🤔
The color chart didn’t match to design. Like it had the black strap green and the hat black and the clovers black. Thank God I know my Irish.
