- Fill out this form and fax or mail to us, along with a copy of your business resale license.
- Once your business is approved, you will receive a catalog and price sheet.
- A home based retail business must have a fully established display area and customer access.
- The home based business must provide: (1) Photograph of store interior/exterior with signage; (2) Copy of most recent sales tax return.
There are no instructions/color placement guide included for the Thanksgiving table topper.
disappointed that there was no instructions on this Thanksgiving table topper. I ordered all the Holiday ones and there were two that didn’t have instructions. The other one was the forth of July.
This will be my first time to make this.
